Stratos Holdings Group is a Delaware-incorporated company. The portfolio spans secure messaging, command and control, identity and key management, and audit — offered either as discrete deployments or as tailor-made integrations against a client’s existing systems, identity providers, and cryptographic material.

Engineering, deployment, and support sit inside the same organisation. We do not outsource production work, do not sell through channel partners, and do not pursue commodity growth. Capacity is allocated to existing clients first.

The company was incorporated in 2024 and operates from Dover, Delaware. It does not raise capital publicly, does not maintain a press function, and does not pursue self-serve onboarding. The public footprint is deliberately minimal — procurement, contracting, and technical engagement happen through named contacts on both sides.

Each engagement begins with a technical conversation. Where the brief calls for it, the work is bespoke; where the standard portfolio fits, it is deployed under contract with the customer in operational control end to end.
