Each product is built as a single, auditable stack rather than a marketplace of bolt-ons. None of it is sold by self-serve seat. Engagements proceed through written contract, technical evaluation, and a deployment that the client controls end to end.
Where requirements demand it, deployments are tailor-made: bespoke integrations, custom governance models, and dedicated engineering against the client’s own systems, identity providers, and cryptographic material.

Operating principle
Stratos operates on a small number of long-term contracts with vetted clients. We do not pursue scale through public marketing or self-serve onboarding. Each engagement begins with a technical conversation and a paper trail.
Our public footprint is intentionally minimal. Procurement, deployment, and support proceed through named contacts inside each client organisation. The work is the deliverable; the company is not.
